What makes me your best choice?

After years of working for uniformed services and businesses, and owing to my academic work at the University of Vienna, I have developed a comprehensive approach to communication, since:

  • I have studied the use of technologies for measuring facial expressions to improve customer service quality in, among others, the Accor network.
  • Together with cosmetic companies I have tested how a change in appearance affects how a person is perceived.
  • I have measured the impact of nonverbal communication on advertisement and public delivery in press and television.
  • I have examined nonverbal indicators of deception in detecting unsafe people and offenders.
  • I have implemented training programs at European airports,
  • I have studied cutting-edge lie detection technologies based on machine learning.
  • I have worked as a behavioral profiler for the UN and Frontex.

My doctoral dissertation is focused on linguistic analysis of statement credibility. I study how the way of talking and writing changes when we are lying in business settings.

All this allows me to understand what is effective and what works only theoretically – and hence– what is worth teaching at my training courses. I show how to combine current psychological knowledge with practice. I teach how technologies and cameras read our emotions – analysing the body language, facial expressions, voice, appearance or the way we walk and talk.

If you want to improve verbal and nonverbal communication awareness, and increase the understanding of emotions in your company, you are in the right place.
